A Nashville general contractor built around whole-home remodels, historic houses, ADUs, and commercial buildouts, with our own plumbing and HVAC crews.
Book a Free ConsultationRyan Budden started remodeling Nashville homes in 2015, on his own projects first. Those jobs went well, people started asking him to look over theirs, and before long his extended network was asking him to run their projects outright.
Running other people’s jobs showed him the gaps between how he ran his own projects and what a lot of contractors offer their clients and investors. In 2023 he formed Baroona Builder LLC to close those gaps full time.
The trades that hold up most renovations are plumbing and HVAC, so Baroona brought them in-house. Baroona Plumbing and Baroona HVAC are our own licensed crews. We still run every project like it’s one of our own.

Quality comes first. Everything else plays second fiddle to the work we leave behind.
A building team makes dozens, if not hundreds, of decisions on every project for the owner. We take that trust seriously.
Clean job sites, and every person on every sub’s crew knowing the overall goal of the project.
We don’t compromise on the health and safety of our crews or your household.
